Contact messages
When you use the contact form, MSRLab stores your name, email address, subject, message, delivery status, and submission time so the research director can review and respond. The message and your email address are also processed by MSRLab’s transactional email provider, Resend, to deliver the enquiry and—when enabled—a simple receipt confirmation. Do not submit sensitive financial, account, medical, or identity information.
Publication list
When you join the mailing list, MSRLab stores your email address, optional name, consent state, subscription status, source, and timestamps. This publication list is kept separate from transactional contact email so a dedicated newsletter provider can be integrated later. The list may be used for research articles and occasional product or service updates—not trading signals. To unsubscribe, use the link provided in a future mailing or email info@msrlab.ca.
Anonymous traffic measurement
MSRLab records aggregate daily page-view counts by page path. The application does not store visitor IP addresses, tracking identifiers, advertising profiles, query strings, or individual browsing histories, and it does not set analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
Storage and access
Form records and aggregate counts are stored in the website’s managed database and are intended to be accessible only to MSRLab and its hosting provider. Records should be retained only while reasonably needed for correspondence, consent records, publication delivery, and site improvement.
