PBZ has moved from a paused historical question into demo forward testing with a new restart-safe observation and risk layer. The package is research-ready; the economic thesis is still unproven.

• Five native components compiled without errors or warnings, thirteen automated checks passed, and controlled smoke runs covered more than 22,000 generated ticks.
• Lifecycle state restoration, causal logging, demo-only authorization, and concentration safeguards were verified.
• No multi-regime forward dataset exists yet, and no challenger lane has earned live-capital authority.

Complete the VPS shadow-and-restart drill, then collect prespecified demo evidence long enough to compare each lane with the unchanged control.
